Lines are open Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm.
If you are unable to use the telephone then from the 10th of September 2018 you can visit our drop in service on Monday or Friday between 10am and 2pm for a short assessment with one of our volunteers who will take you through your next steps.
If you can’t come on these days or contact Adviceline then please visit reception, at our offices on Pebble Lane in Aylesbury, where our receptionists will be able to assist you in contacting Adviceline. Please note that advice cannot be given at reception.
From the 1st of September 2018 our opening hours will be as follows;
Monday: 10am – 4pm Appointments Only
Tuesday: 10am – 4pm Appointments Only
Wednesday: 10am – 4pm Appointments Only
Friday: 10am – 4pm Appointments Only
Existing clients needing further advice on the same issue can make an appointment by telephoning us on 01296 329 854. Please have your client reference number to hand so that we can quickly find your details. You will have been given this number at your previous appointment or after calling Adviceline.
Our Buckingham Office is open for new and existing clients to drop in for a face-to-face appointment 4 days per week. From the 1st of September 2018 our opening times in Buckingham are;
Tuesday: 10am – 3pm
Wednesday: 10am – 3pm
Thursday: 12pm – 5pm
Friday: 10am – 1pm
